Is nucleotide#

Validating whether a residue is a recognized DNA or RNA nucleotide.

The function molsysmt.element.group.nucleotide.is_nucleotide() checks residue names against standard nucleic acid nucleotide definitions.

Basic usage#

Let’s test nucleotide names:

import molsysmt as msm
