Our research aims to discover and design biomolecular systems with potential pharmacological applications by integrating computational modeling, quantitative analysis, and experimental validation. We develop theoretical frameworks and open software tools and perform quantitative experimental determination of molecular binding to advance reproducible and open approaches for biomolecular science and drug discovery. As part of the Federico Gómez Children’s Hospital of Mexico, we contribute to translational research by building knowledge, tools, and openly accessible resources that support the broader scientific community.
