Load HTML in Jupyter Notebook#
Displaying a standalone exported HTML NGLView visualization inside a Jupyter Notebook.
The function molsysmt.third_party.nglview.load_html_in_jupyter_notebook() loads and renders an exported NGLView HTML file directly into an IPython/Jupyter cell output.
Added in version 1.0.0.

Basic usage#
Let’s display an exported HTML view using load_html_in_jupyter_notebook:
import molsysmt as msm
msm.third_party.nglview.load_html_in_jupyter_notebook('../../../../../_static/nglview/user/third_party/nglview/show_as_cartoon.html')
