MolSysViewer ships with a few small demo molecular systems you can use to build reproducible examples.

This section is a placeholder.

It will include:

• what each demo contains (single structure vs trajectory),

• how to load it from molsysviewer.demo,

• and which demos are best for pockets, channels, and pharmacophore workflows.
